Biography

Courtney Gaines is an associate in the litigation, tort defense and transaction sections at DC&M.  Her areas of specialization include business and tort litigation, contract disputes and litigation, deceptive trade practice, insurance coverage litigation, personal injury, and premises liability.  She received her bachelor’s degree at University of North Texas and Juris Doctorate at St. Mary’s University.
