Biography
Brandy C. Peery is a shareholder at DC&M and experienced in the firm’s tort and insurance defense as well as transactional and litigation sections. She specializes in business and contract disputes, business transactions, commercial development, commercial litigation, and corporate law.
Peery’s expertise also lies in the formation and organization of business entities, landlord and tenant disputes, estate planning, probate, real estate transactions, and real estate and property disputes. She earned a bachelor’s degree at University of Texas at Austin and Juris Doctor at St. Mary’s University.
