Biography
Brian L. Lewis is an experienced trial team member and shareholder practicing in DC&M’s litigation section. He was a presenter and co-author of “Shareholder Oppression in Texas After Ritchie and Sneed,” State Bar of Texas 8th Annual Damages in Civil Litigation Course and the co-author of “Litigation v. Arbitration: A View from Both Sides,” State Bar of Texas 13th Annual Advanced Business Law Course.
Lewis specializes in commercial litigation, contract litigation, fiduciary and professional liability, partnership disputes, product liability defense, property disputes, tort and insurance defense, and construction litigation.
He earned his bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University and Juris Doctorate at St. Mary’s University.
