Biography

D. Hull Youngblood, Jr. brings over 40 years of experience to the table, guiding clients through the complexities of domestic and international finance, privatization, government contracts, and public-private partnerships (P3s).

Mr. Youngblood's career has spanned various aspects of project development and financing. He has served as General Counsel to a leading correctional management company, advised clients on efficient financing solutions for recapitalization, acquisitions, and P3 projects, and consulted on public projects across the globe, including England, Costa Rica, and Japan.

Mr. Youngblood is the author of the "Design/Build Handbook," a recognized authority on utilizing the Design-Build process to solve problems in traditional construction. This expertise allows him to offer clients unique solutions that optimize project delivery.

Mr. Youngblood is a passionate advocate for the art of magic. He previously served as President of both the Texas Association of Magicians and the Society of American Magicians (Assembly 206) in Austin, Texas.
